It also involves creating the right routines, processes, and protocols that will lead the clinic to your version of success. 

The art of chiropractic practice management is creating the right balance between the `rules` and freedom the team have to own their roles. The art shows itself in how the practice member journey is developed and implemented. How the team works together to create the best culture with simple yet effective systems.

Being the lead chiropractor, business owner while fulfilling the roles of partner, parent, son, daughter and friend can be a challenge. Is the plan clearly laid out and explained to all the team? Do they fully understand their roles? 

 

Does the plan have enough detail? Are all aspects of the clinic covered within the plan?

 

Progress Review - Regular assessments/feedback/training.

 

Frequent analysis of the data - stats, feedback from team.

 

Are the right gaps closing, are they on schedule?

 

Are the thoughts and ideas from the team being given the proper care and attention?

A complete document full of detail broken down into weekly/monthly/quarterly etc action steps with targets. This is a comprehensive plan that covers all aspects of your clinic.

Prepare, review and write all team handbooks/manuals.

Work with outside contractors, social media managers, website designers etc to bring to life the vision and goals while maintaining your brand image and voice.

 

For The team.

Full recruitment service. Includes writing job adverts that reflect the clinic's vision and values. Managing the interview process from initial application to first stage interviews and organising face to face interviews for the pre-selected candidates. 

Work with the team to manage their workload, assist where needed and be their accountability partner. This is not a stand on the side lines and direct the team service. This is me, sleeves rolled and helping the team in a virtual capacity. Freeing them up to deliver the most outstanding practice member experience, without worrying some of the tasks will suffer.

Organise and chair team meetings (virtually) with a schedule that suits the needs of the clinic. Keeping everyone on track, managing the workload and spotting issues early. Holding space for the whole team to feel comfortable to share ideas and give praise and feedback. 

Complete team reviews, manage HR issues (liaise with HR advisor where necessary) collate holiday requests.
