I first met Rebekah whilst I was a locum and she was a CA in a practice I covered. With her fast-paced hands on `get things done` attitude we quickly became friends and have stayed so over the years. I was in the thick of opening my own practice when we met and she was so helpful.

From the basic practical choices such as choosing colour schemes and logo's right through to paperwork and logistics of many a more complex task she was always on hand with a wealth of knowledge and experience to help and support where necessary.

She is a positive energetic force that shows you nothing cannot be changed or improved, and I have bounced many an idea off her over the years.

I soon asked her to start coaching my staff both as a team and individually as I knew she would be amazing at it and much better skilled and equipped than I. I want my team to be with me for a long time, love what they do and run a happy, close knit unit that works for all of us and our practice members.

My core value is connection and she's done nothing but grow this. When I became pregnant this became a much bigger job and whilst I was on maternity leave, she remotely managed my practice and staff.

I cannot put into words how incredible she was at this and she gave me the freedom to have my baby without the constant worry of what was happening to one of the most precious things I had. This was no mean feat!

She has navigated many hour changes, a locum, interviewed staff, written contracts and created many a spreadsheet. She has created policies and procedures for our team and allowed our office to be one that does not rely on me being there or on call 24/7. Something I never thought possible. The list goes on.

Her skills are endless and as someone who is not interested in the paperwork/business side of things she enables me to do the job I love whilst she does what she loves. I am under no illusion that it was her hard work that allowed me to step out of my practice and jump back into it seamlessly.

My team and I both love working alongside her and I am not sure we would be in the position we are today without her. I am grateful for her dedication and skill that has allowed me to keep my practice evolving as I want it to.
