How does this work for you and the team?

We start with the Chiropractor. 

The vision and goals you have as the business owner. These are business fundamentals that shape your entire practice. 

If you need to explore this further, we can of course jump into consulting/coaching and delve into your big bold goals for the clinic.

If you have all the ideas and vision in your mind, not in a success plan we can drop into  practice management support and create them.

We will lay down the boundaries and limits of the CA’s role in your practice. 

Not every Chiropractor wants their CA’s to know or have access to all the statistics and performance of the business etc.

Then we move on to your feedback/concerns/praise for the Chiropractic Assistant(s).

I do need to make something very clear from the beginning. I take confidentiality very seriously. This applies to all our conversations and those within a coaching/mentorship relationship.

During our conversations there will be things said that I cannot and will not share with your team. The same goes in the other direction. 

As the training and mentoring I provide also has a level of coaching - a great tool for bringing out confidence, building trust, resilience and letting go of limiting beliefs - there will be things I cannot and will not share with you.

I will no doubt in the course of my working with you and your Chiropractic Assistants as their mentor share things about myself and my road to being the person I am today and I would expect you to keep those things confidential also.

The next step for us is to work out together the frequency of their training/mentoring sessions. This will be done after my first session with your chiropractic assistant(s) .

I will be led by your business needs, your vision and your goals and as important, by your CA and their skill/confidence level and personality. I take great care to ensure I provide the right level of coaching/mentoring for you and your full team.
