Rebekah - Chiros Bridge. Why was the business created?

Having been in the position of watching a loved one live with chronic debilitating pain I do not want another family to have to go through that. Watching Dad take medications to supposedly ease his chronic pain, which led  him to be in a worse position because of the side effects, has been an awful experience for him and our entire family.

The experience of finding myself labelled by the medical profession as someone who will always have extreme episodes of vertigo and told that I may lose my hearing in one ear was devastating. Good news is they were wrong, chiropractic helped me to heal this.

This is the driving force behind me developing and creating Chiros Bridge.

Having 31 years experience in managing retail fashion stores. Creating the kind of customer service that exceeds the customers expectations. I’ve been fully immersed in the world of all things chiropractic clinic management for 6+ years.

Going from the role of chiropractic assistant to lead tech CA while being the practice manager. These 36+ years in business management  led me to helping lots of clinics just like yours, have the chiropractic clinic they always wanted.

Thinking about what retail management has to do with chiropractic? Allow me to explain a little.

Specialising in the management of smaller brands gave me great insight and skills with building up a small competitive brand. Those small brands I managed were competing on the same high street as the big household names.

To compete I had to make us stand out from the competition without having the financial backing that these large multinational brands had. 

While I may have been `selling` a different product, the hurdles and challenges to build a great reputation and have raving fans regularly spending their hard earned money with us and not the competition (that was right on the doorstep) taught me a lot of skills that transfer effectively into chiropractic clinic management.

 

You are a small brand, a small business with competition and hurdles to overcome. You are trying to get your voice heard so you and your team can educate your audience and build a huge community.

 

The deep rooted  beliefs of some that the NHS is the only place they can go for pain management and health support. This means you have the constant challenge of informing and educating your audience that you are in fact a very credible alternative.

From all of this experience I created the A.M.P Method and I’ve been building on it ever since.
